The PlayStation Vita comes in two models: one with only Wi-Fi connectivity and another one that supports both Wi-Fi as well as 3G networks.
As mentioned earlier, we sourced our units from Hong Kong and it is reflected through a label on the box.
The PlayStation Vita is available as stand-alone unit or as a value pack that is bundled together with a set of accessories, a 4GB memory card and a game. This particular one is the Uncharted: Golden Abyss Wi-Fi value pack.
The console itself doesn’t come with many items: couple of printed materials, a power adaptor, a USB cable and the PlayStation Vita.

The bundled USB cable is rather unique as it features a grooved head on the USB side of the cable - for power adaptor usage - while the other end is a proprietary connector that goes to the PlayStation Vita.
The PlayStation Vita Accessories Pack is equipped with a case, wrist strap, cleaning cloth, case for PlayStation Vita flash media and a screen protector. The pack is also sold separately.

The PlayStation Vita clamshell case features an exterior made of faux leather with a soft interior.
The case's mounting system - made out of durable plastic – is pretty easy to use. Just hook it up to the two holes at the lower part of Vita.

The padding inside the case also double as a stand.
Users can still use the Vita without taking the case off, thanks to its mounting system although we do feel that leaving the case dangling just like that is a little bit uncomfortable.
